The brewer is the heart of the equipment and is responsible for the end result in taste and quality. It therefore needs to be serviced regularly to maintain the guality of the coffee drink that is being served to the customer. We recommend having your brewer assembly swapped with a new one every 25,000 coffee cycles registered on the tally counter.

For a small fee we will completely clean and replace all parts necessary such as the cylinder, teflon seal and the screen seal which are responsible for the vacuum extraction and coffee taste. Your unit will have a one-year warranty on this part after the refurbishing.

Hints & Tips: The following are signs that the extraction is not being performed adequately and that your brewer may may be due for preventive maintenace: the screen or seal is damaged; air gets into the cylinder and creates bubbles in the coffee; there are coffee grounds in the delivered product; the spent coffee grounds remain wet.
